Employee, Customer and User Privacy

 Introduction


Our company, Westrac, is committed to maintaining a high standard of ethical behavior and respecting the privacy of all individuals associated with our organization. This Privacy Code sets out the policy and standards related to protecting employee privacy and the privacy of our customers and users.


Employee Privacy


1. Personal Information: We understand how crucial it is to safeguard the data of our employees. All employee personal information, including but not limited to names, contact details, health information, and financial information, must be kept private and secure.


2. Monitoring: In order to prevent any unlawful actions, we respect our employees' right to privacy and strive to monitor their activities transparently. The correct steps will be taken, though, to guarantee that employee monitoring is reasonable, considerate, and mindful of the employee's privacy rights.

4. Privacy Training: Our staff members will get frequent privacy updates and trainings on this Privacy Code and how it fits into our corporate strategy and daily operations.

Customer and User Privacy

2. Data storage and access: Customers' and users' personal information shall be securely stored, accessed, and guarded against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

3. Encryption and security measures: To secure our systems and maintain the privacy of user and customer data, we will put in place the necessary technical and administrative safeguards. Every opportunity will be taken to use encryption techniques to secure sensitive data.

4. Compliance with regulations: We will respect and follow all the relevant privacy laws and regulations in the locations around the world where our employees operate and customers use our services.

Example: Our companies have various data protection method for all the data collected. We have available systems and hardware, industry-specific threats, and more. Our method for protecting consumer privacy are: 1. Authorizing passwords and login information for online accounts 2. Encrypting stored data 3. Verifying online transactions through a secondary method, like text message 4. Enabling biometric identification, like fingerprint log on 5. Installing and updating security software 6. Staying up to date on industry threats and concerns

Conclusion

Our dedication to upholding the moral standards of conduct in protecting the privacy rights of our users, customers, and employees is reflected in our privacy code. All of our workers are accountable for adhering to the rules set forth in this privacy code. Disciplinary action may be taken for any violation of this policy. As the market and laws change, we're dedicated to continually examining and updating our privacy code.
